Swedish Massage Basic Training

Course Overview

  • 1-month beginner-friendly programme
  • No experience needed

Schedule

  • 8 structured sessions
  • 2 sessions per week
  • Each session is 4 hours (10:00 – 14:00)
  • Weekdays (Mon–Wed) or Weekends (Fri–Sun)

What You Will Learn

  • Swedish massage techniques (effleurage, petrissage, etc.)
  • Basic anatomy for massage
  • Client consultation & safety
  • Spa hygiene & setup
  • Full body massage routine
